Can I just call to schedule?
Sure! 770-487-9999 2 - 9 PM Mon-Fri. Ask for Joyce, as she alone knows which classes are full, opening up, or changing next month. However, she has folks at her desk from door open to close, so getting her on the phone can be tricky. If you email her your class preference she will get back to you within 1 business day. What does my athlete need to wear to class? Athletes should wear the Skill Level Color T-shirt. The class color shirt is available to purchase for $10 in the Shirt Shop or at the front desk. Athletes should wear shorts or leggings. Tummies should be covered. Shoes are optional, but recommended. For safety, avoid baggy clothing and hair MUST BE out of the face or tied back. What happens after my trial class? After a trial or evaluation, speak with Joyce about class availability. Register for an Account. **Write in the class color / day / time you have worked out with Joyce in the "Comments" section.** Joyce will complete the enrollment and the 1st month's tuition will be prorated based on your start date. Do I need to register my athlete & what is Jack Rabbit? Yes, everyone must have an Account on our enrollment management system, aka "Jack Rabbit". This is an easy, private, secure way to fill out registration forms, add/manage payment methods, browse classes, private lessons or special events. |
Can I change/cancel my class at any time?
You can change your class at any time! You are also able to cancel your class at any time. If you do not want to be charged for the next month please let us know by the 22nd of the month! Please email or leave a message for Joyce. During registration, do I have to put a credit card on file? Yes, a credit card assures accounts are paid in a timely manner. But you can always pay with cash or Company Check (no personal checks) as long as the payment is received at the office by the 1st of the month. Your first month will be charged to your credit card to ensure the card on file is a valid card. Do you have a Registration Fee? Yes. Our registration fee is $40 per athlete. This fee is an annual fee paid at the time of registration and subsequently each January and is used to add your athlete(s) to our Liability Insurance Policy. How much do classes cost? Classes vary, but typically cost $50 / month. Do you offer discounts for students? Yes. We offer a sibling discount as well as a multi-class discount of $10. |

Open Gym, non-structured skill practice time, is available to tumbling students on most Fridays.
Private Lessons are also available to help develop skills.
